Upgrade from 6.17 to 6.19

I noticed a very annoying issue in 6.17 of Drupal, that being when you add anything into template.php it breaks Drupal or stops it from functioning.

I noticed that 6.19 had been released, downloaded it and installed it. It worked I stuck some modifed theme hook into the file saved, uploaded and tested and no issue whatsoever.
